The Flavour Architect is the wholesale side of Baked, where we design a cookie or brownie that belongs to you and no one else. Not our menu with your name on it — a genuinely bespoke flavour, built around your café, your coffee and your customers.

Why a signature bake?

Because “the place with that cookie” is a reason to come back. An exclusive flavour gives your counter something nobody else has: a bake that pairs with your house blend, moves with your seasons, and gives your regulars something to talk about (and photograph). All the pull of an in-house bakery — without the oven, the early starts or the waste.

How it works

1. Tell us about you. Your café, your vibe, your best-selling drinks and the flavours your customers love. The more we know, the better the fit.

2. We develop & test. We build a recipe from scratch and bake test batches, tweaking with you until it’s exactly right — texture, flavour, the whole thing.

3. It’s yours. Once you’re in love with it, it becomes your exclusive flavour: baked fresh in small batches and delivered on a schedule that suits you.
